Prospective purchasers of Lots contained within the above subdivision are hereby advised of the following restrictions imposed by the Shire of Greenough on the keeping of stock.

(i) Only one stock option (as described in (ii) below) or a combination equivalent of one option is permitted.

(ii) Maximum stock rates are:

(iii) Where stables, yards and adequate supplementary feeding is provided to the animals, maximum stocking rates of twice the above rates are permitted without the special approval of Council.

(iv) Where the keeping of animals results in problems due to land degradation, nutrient enrichment/leaching, animal welfare or public nuisance, Council may require restriction of stocking rates to the above rates as described in (ii) above.

(v) All trees and vegetation shall be protected from grazing by stock and Council may require fencing to ensure protection is maintained.
