Wavecrest Estate has had a Structure Plan approved with an application currently being in the Planning approval process for Stage 2.
Wavecrest Stage 3 is currently in the final stages of approval.
Stage 2 will consist of 68 lots that will have Ocean and City views and will be accessed via Sutcliffe & Tramway Roads. All services will be underground. Wavecrest consists of approximately 1860 lots and will include a Town Centre, Northern Recreational Area, School, Tourist Resort and Caravan Park sites.
Access to the Town site, School and Recreational areas will be from the Tramway Road extension.
All lifestyles will be catered for from Large 1 ha lots down to R80 Townhouse lots. 300 sqm lots will surround parks, with 760-820 sqm lots being well catered for.
